To register a group of recipients, follow the steps below:

Registering the Personal Phone Book

Click the icon.

The Add New Group Name dialog box appears.

Enter the group name, and then click the

button.

The Group registration dialog box appears.

Click the

New

button.

The Phone Book dialog box appears.

Click the

Edit Group

button.

Select the desired recipients.

Click the

button to add the

recipient(s) to the Member List.

The maximum number of recipients is 999 for

each group.

To add another group, repeat the procedure

from step 3.

The maximum number of groups is 100.

If nished, click the

button to exit

Group registration.
