Enter the Key Operator password (8

digits), and then select “OK”.

z The default password is “00000000”.

z To change the password, select “80 Key

Operator Password” in the General

Settings (Key Operator Mode), and then

enter the new password.

Select “01 Fax Parameters”.

Select “120 - 159” tab, and scroll the

screen, and then select “132 Via Fax

Server”.

z Each Fax Parameter can be directly

selected by inputting the corresponding

number with the Keypad for quick operation.

z If you know the parameter number, enter the

number with the Keypad, and then press the

Start key.

Ex: Enter “132” with the Keypad, and then

press the Start key to select “132 Via Fax

Server”.

Select “Valid” to attach a cover sheet,

and then select “OK”.

Enter an Email address of the

RightFax server, and then select “OK”.

(Up to 60 characters)

Select “Close”.

Press the Reset key to return to

standby.
