Using Image Files

The functions below arc available on ImagcBrowscr (image viewing software).

• Functions to view a list of image files like an album.

• Functions to send images from the list as mail. (C^ page 46)

• Functions to compress moving images and send them attached with a player as mail

(Movie Messenger; C? page 47).

Running ImageBrowser

1Select [IMAGEBROWSER] icon on the desktop

With the default settings the contents of the [C:\MyImagc] arc displayed. To change the

folder of images shown in ImageBrowser, click [File] - [Open Folder] in order.

Display of a single image

Shows images of BMP files and

JPEG files in the display image

folder.

Activation of Movie Messenger {Or’ page 47)

It is possible to compress a selected moving image file

into a player-equipped executable file. It is also pos

sible to send the compressed moving image file as an

attachment.

Display of moving images

Displays still images of files in the AVI format and

still images of Movie Messenger in the display im

age folder.

Sending mail

It is possible to activate a mail soft

ware application and to send a se-

leetcd image file as an attachment.

About the TMPWORK folder

This is automatically created under the designated display image folder. This folder

is created to store temporary files (*.BMS) that display the first frames of the indi

vidual moving image files (*.AVI). The TMPWORK. folder to be created under the

display image folder can be set for each drive in [Settings Temporary Folder] under

the [File] menu.
